The Optimize Center is between Centre City Parkway and Escondido Boulevard on 9th Avenue.
Optimize Center Director, Dr. Rhoberta Shaler, offers private, couples & small group sessions as well as Separation, Custody & Divorce Mediation in our Escondido office, by appointment. Sessions and classes are also held by Skype video.
Optimize Center is the home for all in-person Optimize Institute and ADR at Work programs & classes in communication, conflict management and collaboration for entrepreneurs, employees, corporate teams and organizations.
Our space is comfortable and accessible, with easy walking access to numerous restaurants & business services.
We have lots to offer
Among our many classes are the “Ease” family of programs – low cost, group sessions to help ease the pain of anger, violence, divorce and parenting:
- Ease Relationships – Onsite & online programs for help with resolving relationship problems & improving communication & intimacy
- Ease Anger – Anger Management Classes held twice weekly in Escondido & online through Skype
- Ease Parenting Now – Parenting Skills Classes – Separate classes for parents of children under eleven, for divorcing/divorced parents, and for parents of teens.
- Ease Divorce – Counseling & Mediation to decide on next steps for your relationship. Mediation & document preparation for separation & divorce
- Ease Abuse – Weekly classes to end abuse and domestic violence, for victims and for abusers
