7 – 9 PM - DREAM MINING with G. Charles Andersen, MA
Dream Mining is the process of mining, refining, and minting the mother lode of our psychic experience in order to learn and grow. The tools of Dream Mining restore the ego/soul balance that is so important for effective living. When the ego tries to hijack our dream life and rob us of the real psychic treasure meant for each of us, the tools and skills of Dream Mining can help us restore our relationship with The Inner Oracle.

7:30 – 9:00 PM – RELATIONSHIP INSIGHTS CLASS with Rhoberta Shaler, PhD
This is an open class for anyone looking for insights into enhancing relationships: communication, conflict management, building respect and trust, creating intimacy. It is a discussion format so, bring your questions or just join in the conversation. For those who are not sure they are ready for couples counseling, this is a great way to begin.

7 – 9 PM – IMPACT BRANDING WORKSHOP with G. Charles Andersen, MA
Whether for a business, church, or personal life, branding can be one of the most important skills we ever learn. 4:30 – 6 PM - TEEN EASE™ - Parenting skills for parents of teenagers with Rhoberta Shaler, PhD

This class is for parents of teens who want to maintain or re-establish healthy relationships with their teenagers by establishing healthy boundaries and learning effective communication & conflict management skills. Fee: $30 each class per person Limit: 12 participants
Second Saturday of Each Month
2 – 4:15 PM – UNDERSTANDING ANGER SEMINAR with Rhoberta Shaler, PhD
2 1/4 hour-hour seminar for new attendees to all Anger Management classes, Parenting classes, or Ending Domestic Abuse & Domestic Violence classes. $60 – Includes all materials & program enrollment fee. Fee: $60 per person Limit: 12 participants
7:00 – 9:15 PM – UNDERSTANDING RELATIONSHIPS with Rhoberta Shaler, PhD
2 1/4 hour seminar for those wanting to enrich, enliven and enhance their relationship with their life partner or spouse. Get the insights that will help you to create the honest, kind, healthy interactions that lead to true emotional intimacy. Skills & solutions for engaging in ways that enhance respect and trust. 1:30 – 2:45 PM - CO-PARENTING SKILLS FOR DIVORCED OR SEPARATED PARENTS with Rhoberta Shaler, PhD
Learn the skills you need to not pull your kids apart because you and your partner choose to live apart! Communication, conflict management & co-parenting skills. You must take the UNDERSTANDING ANGER SEMINAR above before joining this class. Fee: $30 each class per person
3:30 4:15 PM - PARENTING SKILLS with Rhoberta Shaler, PhD
For parents with children 11 yrs old or younger. To join this class, you must also regisetr for the next UNDERSTANDING ANGER SEMINAR.
Get the insights, skills, strategies and answers to enhance your parenting and create more effective relationships with your children. This will help you to be happier and healthier parents, and raiser happier, healthier children. Fee: $30 each class per person Limit: 12 participants
Second Sunday of Each Month
10 AM – 12:15 PM - UNDERSTANDING VIOLENCE ISSUES with Rhoberta Shaler, PhD
This seminar & the UNDERSTANDING ANGER seminar are Mandatory classes to be taken as soon as possible when you are attending weekly classes on Easing Domestic Abuse & Violence sessions. This class is 2 1/2 hours and counts for two sessions if you have a court-mandate. Fee: $60 per person Limit: 12 participants
NOTE: Occasionally, these weekly classes are pre-empted by a weekend seminar at the Optimize Center. Notices are posted well in advance, announcements are made in each prior class, AND you can always check the calendar for any particular date.
